About Foster.Yoga
Foster Rhodes is a yoga teacher with years of improv comedy and performance experience. She has studied extensively in yoga for mental health.
She brings a fun energetic approach to yoga, mindfulness, and mental wellness by fusing the tools of comedy and yoga together to make a truly unique and personalized experience.
Striving to educate her students in their anatomy, movement, and pain management through myofascil release. You will become a master of your body and learn to engage with yourself in ways you didn’t know were possible.
